(RECENSIONE DI ROSSELLA POZZA ): Sembra che la regola conceda poche eccezioni. Un film televisivo appare come “televisivo”. Un aggettivo che suona come un insulto, o quanto meno riduttivo per un’opera che vorrebbe avere ambizioni cinematografiche. Ed in effetti non basta una star di prima grandezza come Arnold Schwarzenegger, e non basta nemmeno che tra i produttori si stagli un filmaker del calibro di Darren Aronofsky, per avere un film che si possa definire tale. Di confezione professionale, non e’ però ne’ originale, ne’ avvincente. Non resta che un tentativo di esercitazione calligrafica. La storia e’ ispirata a fatti realmente accaduti in Germania, è quella di Roman, operaio che sta aspettando l’arrivo di moglie e figlia (incinta) per Natale. Ma il loro volo si scontra in aria con un altro aereo, per colpa della distrazione di un controllore di volo, Jake Bonanos (Scoot McNairy). Le vite di Roman e Jake finiranno inevitabilmente per scontrarsi a loro volta. Schwarzenegger farebbe bene a scegliere meglio i copioni. Altrimenti non gli resta che il ritorno alla politica…
Valutazione sintetica : 6.5/7
